Where We Ship

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and service provider. Remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take slightly longer.

(Note: this is total delivery time from dispatch, not from order placement - total time from order to delivery is typically 4–7 business days including processing.)

Free shipping on all prepaid & COD orders.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Delivery timelines are subject to the operating processes of the relevant logistics partner.

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier-side issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@onuvee.com with your order number, and we'll investigate and assist promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Onuvee is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of order. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us right away — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
